- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆December 12, 2019, by Leo GiloI went to seek help for my broken phone to be replaced due to accidental drop. Technician was not helpful. He wanted me to upgrade so I have to pay Insurance Co-payment of $175 PLUS $126 for upgrade, otherwise, they cannot help me but to call my insurance and I will get my replacement phone on the mail in 2 to 3 days. I felt devastated and I tried to go to another location, they were able to help me by just paying the $175 co-pay and I got my new phone. This location just want to make you spend more than what you are suppose to.
