My order never shipped. I was on the phone with them several times and was hung up on by the customer service staff. I tried reasoning and asking for explanations and was told "if you cannot understand simple information and what is put into our emails we wouldn't have a problem canceling your order." This company deserves to be burnt into the ground. I suggest ANY other company for car stereo products.
