First time buyer at ikea. The store itself is amazing and they had a lot of choices, which is a good thing. However the product that I purchased wasn’t all that good, let’s be honest nobody like to go shopping and not being able to the the merchandise. So I get home and I’m ready to build my dresser, as I open each box to see which box contains what pieces I noticed that the top of the dresser has a crack. It’s a very visible crack and it’s not okay. That really upset me, I spent $220 on this product and what not for it to be damaged!?!? Not how I wanted to start my day! Now I have to make it back to the store and back home in time to be at work..
